Participation Requirements:

• Signup: To ensure data integrity and accuracy, only hotels with validated eml addresses through the Greenview Portal are eligible to participate.

• Greenview Portal Access: Sign up via the platform to access the GLTR survey. Choose between our Initiatives Tracking or Performance Reporting Subscription Packages for tlored services.

• Comprehensive Information: Fill in all necessary fields accurately when registering. An invitation eml titled “Invitation to Join the Greenview Portal” will be sent from Greenview Portal Support with login credentials following your submission.

• Sustnability Expertise: The individual completing the survey should have comprehensive knowledge of their hotel's sustnability initiatives. Multiple staff members can contribute, working at different times on various sections.

Participation Timeline:

• Survey Launch: Scheduled for mid-year dates ping official announcement.

• Submission Deadline: To receive your benchmarking report and to ensure accuracy in comparison metrics.
